Purpose

This Digital Product Policy outlines the expectations, guidelines, and responsibilities associated with the development, delivery, and maintenance of digital products created by Homegrown Ten Media for clients. Our goal is to provide high-quality, reliable digital products while maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the process.

 

1. Scope of Services

Homegrown Ten Media offers a range of digital product development services, including but not limited to:

• Photography

• Videography

• Graphic Design

• Print

• Marketing

• Consultation

• Mobile Development

• E-commerce Solutions

 

2. Project Phases

 

a. Discovery & Planning

​

• We conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand client objectives, user needs, and project requirements.

• A detailed project brief, timeline, and cost estimate will be provided.

 

b. Design & Prototyping

• Drafts, mockups and/or design outlines will be created for client review and approval.

• Feedback from the client will be incorporated into the design process.

 

c. Development

• Once the design is approved, the development phase begins, where functionality, features, and content are implemented.

• Regular updates on progress will be shared with the client, and additional iterations may be discussed based on feedback.

 

d. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Comprehensive testing will be performed to ensure the product meets all functional and usability requirements.

• Testing will include device and browser compatibility, performance, security checks, and user experience assessments.

 

e. Delivery & Launch

• The product will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline.

• Clients will be provided with all necessary documentation, including user guides or manuals, for ease of use.

 

f. Post-Launch Support

• We offer a period of post-launch support to address any technical issues or minor adjustments. This period is outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Ongoing maintenance and support services can be offered at an additional cost as per the client’s needs.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

 

a. Client Ownership

• Upon full payment for services rendered, the client shall own the intellectual property (IP) rights for the final digital product, including all associated materials, content, and designs, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

 

b. Agency Ownership

• Homegrown Ten Media retains ownership of any proprietary software, code, or tools used during the development process that are not exclusive to the project.

• Any reusable code libraries, frameworks, or third-party components integrated into the product remain the property of the respective creators or licensors.

4. Confidentiality

​

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, including project details, marketing strategies, user data, and financial information shared during the course of the project.

• Confidentiality clauses will be included in the contract and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) will be signed where appropriate.

5. Client Responsibilities

​

• Timely Communication: Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and make decisions as needed to keep the project on schedule.

• Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, such as text, images, videos, and logos, by the agreed-upon deadlines.

• Approvals: Clients must review and approve design concepts, development milestones, and the final product in a timely manner to avoid delays.

6. Payment Terms

​

• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the contract, with agreed-upon milestones and deadlines for payments.

• Late payments may result in project delays, and Homegrown Ten Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of the final product until full payment is received.

7. Termination & Cancellations

​

• Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. In such cases, payment for services rendered up to the termination date will be due.

• If the project is terminated before completion, any work done to that point will be delivered to the client, and the client will be responsible for paying for any work completed.

8. Dispute Resolution

​

• Any disputes related to the project will be handled through [negotiation/mediation/arbitration], in accordance with Nevada laws, and as outlined in the contractual agreement.

9. Amendments to this Policy

​

• Homegrown Ten Media reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to the client and will apply to future projects unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Acknowledgment

​

By engaging with Homegrown Ten Media for digital product development, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Digital Product Policy.
